Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SvetAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SvetAI is an AI-powered photo generation and styling platform. The Service allows users to generate AI images, upload clothing items for virtual try-on, and manage content for social media. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate images based on user prompts.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Tokens & Billing

The Service operates on a token-based system. Free accounts receive 50 tokens. Paid subscriptions provide monthly token allocations. Tokens are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content depicting real persons without their consent
• Create illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content involving minors
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, defame, or threaten any person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent the Service's security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

6. Generated Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. For AI-generated images, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the generated content for personal and commercial purposes. SvetAI does not claim ownership of generated content. However, SvetAI may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

7. Content Moderation

SvetAI reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SvetAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Generated content stored on our servers may be deleted after account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
