• To generate AI images based on your prompts and inputs

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel: Frontend hosting and delivery
• Railway: Backend API hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these services operate.

4. AI-Generated Content

Prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI services for image generation. We do not use your prompts or generated images to train AI models. Generated images are stored in your account and are not shared with other users unless you explicitly share them.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Uploaded images and generated content are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls that ensure only you can access your content. We use row-level security policies to isolate user data at the database level.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data, uploaded content, and generated images within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely. Payment records are retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your generated content
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services (Supabase, Stripe) may set their own cookies as necessary for their operation.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
